Scope

These terms govern every movement allocated by Acuity Cargo and apply from the moment a brief is accepted.

Assets are allocated on acceptance of a brief. Allocation is confirmed in writing and is subject to mechanical rotation schedules.

All assets are rated at or below 10,000 lb GVWR and GCWR. Loads that exceed the stated cabin or bed specification will be declined.
